I've added sliced tomatos and greens to the classic grilled cheese sandwich just to make it that much better. Holding it together and adding a noticeable zap of flavor are two slices of San Francisco Style Sourdough bread from Trader Joe's. Lastly, for the toasted golden brown exterior, some sides of the bread are buttered, and some are mayonnaised.
