Egg masala curry is a dish made with boiled eggs, tomatoes, whole spices and a mix of ginger and garlic paste. Served 500g curry (3 boiled eggs) with garlic naan or roti or bowl of rice, onion and lemon garnish. Chef recommendation to add Bagara rice.
