Bread Pakora is a much loved snack of deep fried and savory bread fritters from the North Indian Cuisine, especially Punjabi Cuisine. It is coated with gram flour and Indian spices and stuffed with mashed potatoes, onions and a slice of paneer (cottage cheese), mixed with Indian spices. Served with mint chutney
