Juna Kababs (Junagadhi or Bajre k Kabab) are a regional specialty from the Indian city of Junagadh in Gujarat, we do a Pakistani rendition of them. These kababs feature tender pieces of meat, beef, marinated in a fragrant blend of spices then deep fried to a crispy perfection.
