Cook over medium heat for 7-8 min, stirring occasionally until warmed through and the sauce has slightly thickened. 2. Meanwhile, in a second non-stick pan, add the contents of the mashed potato pouch and cook over medium heat for 4-5 min, stirring often until warmed through. 3. Plate the chicken alongside the mashed potatoes and vegetables. Spoon the sauce over top of the chicken and enjoy!
